Tuesday's show dropped to 2nd place for the hour with a 2.1 rating and 6 share, behind 'America's Got Talent' on NBC with 3.4/10, and ahead of 'More to Love' on FOX with 1.9/6 and 'The Bachelorette' finale rerun on ABC with 1.1/3.

FAQ
There are four teams: Populars, Jocks, Brainiacs, and Offbeats.
Teamies of the HOH cannot be nominated, but they can compete in the next week's HOH comp.
Comps determine living conditions for the teams. The losers live in the Jail room with lights always on cold water showers, and slop.
Viewer votes determine one additional food item the sloppers can have.
Hamsters earn $750 a week including pre-show hotel and jury sequester. It's possible Jessie gets more (BB7 All-Stars did).
The habitat has 52 cameras and 80 mics.
The recorded Big Brother in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman.

What's up with Natalie's hair?
I know they all have their off moments (like the rest of us) when just getting out of bed, out of the pool, etc and we all get tired of the actormodels and pretty people year after year, but seriously, what is going on there? It gets odder every dayIt's Wednesday so the camera came out, and they went back to playing dress-up and posing for pics for the CBS site.. Ronnie got to play this time, so that's another BB experience he can now tick off his to-do list, after last week's sad collection of eight pics of the HOH room
That's about it for the day and night: they went on overnight lockdown so it'll be a big apparatus tomorrow and not Q&A, another indication of an endurance comp - they're all expecting it.. Lydia made Natalie a trashbag suit for it since she hates getting wet, and it came out styling

I can and do blame them for these hamsters' lack of activity and creativity, since they picked them. Like too many previous seasons, half of them are just there to fulfill quotas for the dumb twist and not for their potential to make good feeds or good tv. Hopefully the 'huge announcement' tomorrow will be end of the teams, and hopefully they'll give us an endurance comp we can enjoy for a good few hours.. ideally, something designed by the 'Wipeout' crew. |

Team OffbeatNOMINATED He's given us some big fun this week, partly due to the banana suit, partly his irritation at everyone else forgetting to hate Ronnie, and mostly just due to his quick wit. I don't go along with his bashing Ronnie's wife, and I have a feeling he might have been 'helped' out the door by Diary after everyone found out about him & Jessie knowing each other, but he'll be missed nonetheless. He's threatened a dramatic exit with 'zingers' - let's hope he goes through with it. |
 
Team BrainI got schooled about her hair not being her own last week, but now it's become obvious that she's having problems keeping the lumpies from new growth under control. She's rarely seen without a hat, scarf or bandana anymore - often two bandanas, in layers, and she's going to be needing some serious maintenance real soon. Her flirty stuff with Russell is moving past cute to desperate, and it's getting uncomfortable to watch. |
 
Team JockOnce again he provided comic relief off & on throughout another long, boring day - at least for those few times we didn't have Jessie, Natalie or Ronnie forced on us. Two weeks as a pawn has drained some of Jordan's spark, and now Jeff's going to lose yet another fine comedy partner in Casey. Jeff winning HOH would work for most viewers but not unless they break up the damn teams. My biggest fear is that if he makes it far in endurance, he'll fall for a sucker deal from someone like say, Natalie. |

Team PopularNOMINATED She needs to get off the block and stay off slop for at least a week so we can get our fun girl back. She's still fun, and we're still getting classic Jordanisms like not knowing or understanding the old 'Who's on first' gag, but she's lost a bit of her spark. I don't have high hopes for her to win an endurance comp - I think her HOH will come when it's time for 'Which evicted houseguest said what?' |
 
Team OffbeatHe was fun for picture taking and he got around a bit today, but his whole (accurate) chess analogy that he confided to Lydia is now common knowledge around the habitat, as are most of his plans. He's gone from being an unnoticed non-houseguest to potentially being the next Public Enemy #1 virtually overnight. With any luck, he'll get his pawn self across the board somehow and get queened, but we haven't had much luck so far this season. |
 
Team OffbeatWhy is she all buddy-buddy with Natalie now? She's not - she still zings her once an hour or so, and to her face. I suspect she believed Kevin's analogy that Natalie's the queen and decided she better start sucking up (which includes leaking plans). Ups are for the very impressive outfit she made from trashbags for Natalie to wear for the endurance comp since she hates cold & wet. Lydia said she'd make it for her for the low, low price of 'be nice to me' but once everyone ooh'd and ahh'd over the finished product, if Natalie wins and becomes HOH with it, she'd be seen as a total ogre if she puts up Lydia. Well played. |
 
Team BrainI'm still baffled why she ran to the Jessie/Natalie crew to spill her invite to join the Jeff/Jordan/Kevin/Lydia team, unless it was because she suspected Lydia would tattle the news and she didn't want to be caught being sneaky. If that's the case, I'm all for it. If she did it just to join the playing-all-sides game that is BB11, then I've lost all hope for her. Too bad we never get Diaries that explain what they're really thinking anymore. Kudos to her for listening to Jessie prattle on forever about chemistry & nutrition, for pretending to be interested, and for not letting on that she knows far more about what he was talking about than he does. |

He survived his headplant into the bottom of the pool the other day to fly again today, and that's a good thing. He's got excellent chances to win an endurance - have you seen him on the elliptical machine?? - and he might make for an interesting week up there, provided the teams are broken up. |
    Team Popular - Won: Nothing She was the star of the first CBS eps although she was barely in there. Her boobies were a show in themselves, and she protested way too much about the attention they got (usually while thrusting them at anyone handy). Mostly she was a miseryguts, glaring & pouting, and claiming to have everything figured out like BB9 Allison but with Shelley Duvall's voice. Her face-off with Jessie was memorable thanks to 'let me get down to your level', 'you're not the boss of me' and 'thrown under the river'. |
   Team Popular - Won: Nothing His nekkid pics got out before the premiere, he said Julie's a ho, and he started a race riot in there - but his target Kevin wasn't offended by the words as much as that they hadn't been buddies. The habitat went nuts waffling about his eviction vote (vs Chima) but he was barely involved, although he did provide the fodder for her most shocking nominee speech ever. Despite all that, Braden turned out to be a funny hamster and a great third to the Jeff & Jordan comedy team. |
