SEE IT ALL! THE FIGHTS - THE SEX - THE WEIRD STUFF THAT CBS WON'T SHOW YOU

This site is about the Big Brother 11 feeds and contains spoilers! It isn't necessarily thorough: it's what I catch and/or what interests me. It also isn't necessarily about who will win, who should win, who's cute or who's horrid. It's about watching hamsters: who's doing what and why, who's fun and who's dull. If they aren't entertaining, get rid of 'em! Thanks for encouraging my behavior.

FAQ
Finale is September 15 - two hours

The official story is Chima was booted. We will never know the complete true story: it was all behind fishies

Jeff won the Coup d'Etat in a public vote and used it to replace Chima's noms (Lydia & Russell) with Jessie & Natalie

Food comps determine living conditions: the losers lived in the Jail room with lights always on, cold water showers, and slop.

Viewer votes determine one additional food item the sloppers can have.

Teams are over. There were four teams: Populars, Jocks, Brainiacs, and Offbeats.

Teamies of the HOH could not be nominated, but they could compete in the next week's HOH comp.

Hamsters earn $750 a week including pre-show hotel and jury sequester. It's possible Jessie gets more (BB7 All-Stars did).

The habitat has 52 cameras and 80 mics.

The recorded Big Brother in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman.

Sadly, Craig Ferguson was not recycled back in this year.

    Sshh, don't bother us

Most of them ignore their wake-up calls anymore, other than Michele & Russell who take the opportunity to move from Jail to real beds for a few hours.. it's a snoozefest in there lately

Kevin & Natalie are already plotting their next campaigns targeting both Russell and Michele - one of them took root within the hour.. questions about Natalie's age keep coming up: all it will take to keep Russell over her is for that lie to come out and hopefully her hinky vote for Laura with it, and they'll start questioning everything she's ever said - plus Kevin could take it personally that she didn't come clean about her age to him

They laid around, ate, napped, chatted, ate some more and laid around some more.. five played cards again (Bullshit and 31) while Russell laid around outside.. at least tomorrow will have picture taking for an hour or so of vertical activity

BBQ Smackdown Round 2: The Barehander

Jeff grilled again and it was looking like another ho-hum non-event of culinary expertise, but then things took a turn for the worse for the metal monster

In an amazing feat of courage and sheer willpower, Jeff reached into the flames barehanded to tweak some foil he'd cleverly hidden behind his meat.. the disguised surprise side dish combined with the physics of aluminum foil, heat retention, and other stuff Michele could explain better than me took the grill by surprise: it wasn't able to lick some flames around Jeff's fingers fast enough, resulting in a stunning half-point upset that nobody saw coming.. I'm hoping this isn't The Wrestler season for the grill

Final score: Jeff ½, BBQ 0

Daily Ratings - Cocoons & Corpses edition

Ratings are based on entertainment value, and constant napping isn't very entertaining

I'm not sure we needed the 'growing up gay' convo on Tuesday's show unless they figured they needed to remind everyone that Kevin's gay for some reason. Otev made its annual appearance with Casey as special audio guest, and they had the now standard Jordan shunning a Jeff kiss attempt, but they forgot to include their nightly greenlight peck. They made Jeff's HOH-itis seem worse than it is - most of his snapping at Jordan was brought on by her everlasting PMS. Not their most stellar show, but the big stuff happened after the veto meeting anyway and will have to be squished into Thursday's eviction episode.

In other news, Big Brother UK will be cancelled after its next season, and Australia's version has already bit the dust. Both were wildly popular at one time - much more than BB USA ever was. Executive producers Allison Grodner & Rich Meehan signed a deal to produce shows for Sony this week, so it's possible ours might be nearing its end too (even though they could do BB with their eyes closed at this point, and possibly do). Unlike when BB debuted, there are a zillion other reality shows now and most have a theme to set them apart.

The only thing that makes Big Brother unique at all anymore is the feeds, and the glut of BB websites plus Twitter have made it harder for them to get away with skewing what really happens into semi-fictional storylines for the tv version. It would be ideal if we could go back to the original concept: genuine people personalities vying for our votes & attention instead of seething with hatred for each other - hey, it works fine for 'American Idol' and 'Dancing with the Stars'. Or maybe it's time to put 'Big Brother' out to pasture. We should know by the time this one ends if they'll be back for BB12.

    Team Jock Won: Hawaii trip
    HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD

Retroactive negative for his late night hate rant about Michele & Russell last night, and for being a little too condescending to Jordan when trying to teach her a new card game tonight. His HOH-itis isn't nearly as bad as some cases we've seen in the past but he does have it, and I'm looking forward to him moving back downstairs and being our fun guy in the backyard again.

    Team Popular

Retroactive ups for her for talking Jeff down from his anger last night and doing it well, and also for not lashing out when he talks down to her. This isn't Jeff bashing: I'm just repeating that both of them were far more fun and better watching when they were citizens - even second class citizens - in the backyard.

    Team Offbeat Won: $10,000

It would be so cool if that fun, lively, witty guy in Diary could switch places with this guy.

    Team Brain

Jeff's rant about her was bad but beneath the anger, much of what he said was true: her nervous laugh has gotten distracting and her back & forthing is ridiculously obvious. But she still looks the best of all of them on paper and while she's far from the best hamsterwatching material we've ever had, she's one of the ones to root for at this point. Everyone's curious now about her pinky toe.

    Team Jock Won: Phone call
    NOMINATED

Everyone's hating on her but most are finally admitting she's played the best game so far. Most agree BB2/7 Dr. Will Kirby was the best BB player and if you set aside his pleasant personality and her icky one, their games are really very similar: they don't win comps because they don't need to, and they don't need to due to their ability to create phony alliances and well-placed lies. That's not at all saying Natalie shouldn't walk the plank on Thursday: she must get gone!

    Team Jock Won: $10,000, Massage
    NOMINATED

I don't like it when they lay down and give up, and I like it even less when they're dynamic personalities like Russell. But that seems to be what he's doing, just as he did the week he was a goner until cabat cadoo saved him. But I'm not giving up on him until Julie says so, and I'm hoping he's got something up his sleeve that'll work better than his shmooze OD has worked on Kevin so far.

    Team Offbeat Won: Plasma TV,
    1 week Captain Unitard
She gave HJs & a condom event for safety, then seemed to really be crushing on Jessie - against all odds. She whined, fake-cried & babytalked too much, was volatile, and the only creative one, making an amazing trashbag suit and Play-doh creations. She shlurred her screams about her catsuit costume but later wore it without complaint, and well. She may have been a damage control exit due to Mills-McCartney Nannygate but we'll never know for sure.

    Team Brain Won: Nothing
She began as a sympathetic character with her horrific story and positive outlook about it, and then things got weird. She flirted with Russell, planned a fake fight with him that happened exactly as scripted, and then they appeared to be mortal enemies. She had a raging and ultimately fatal case of HOH-itis and her hard fall from that was on live TV. With her subsequent nom she got petty, bitter & rebellious, and then she vanished. But she's a strong, smart woman and she'll survive this too.

    Team Jock Won: $2,500
He showed up again uninvited and pretty much killed the feeds for those who were glad to see him leave last year. This time he had a new chin, only talked about himself again, got pink toenails, lost weight, mangled more words, got (at least) four HJs and one condom event with Lydia, all while playing he was Natalie's BFF. He went on Hamsterwatch ignore early during this second stint, and once again got his empty wheel before his time, so I don't have much more to say except hallelujah, he's gone!

    Team Brain Won: Nothing
He looked great on paper but his BB expertise was more stats & CBS versions than anything practical - he obviously missed the start of BB10 or he wouldn't have duplicated Brian's suicidal game. He played a dirty game that included a Michele smear campaign, but Natalie did most of the dirty work he took credit for. He exiled himself a couple times, didn't share his HOH camera, talked non-stop (usually about himself), and generated more hate around the BB interwebs than most.

Team Offbeat - Won: 1 week banana gig
Videos of him & Jessie together surfaced early and their covert partnership ran the house for two weeks, but that deal expired after the Ronnie Mutiny was forgotten and Casey was blamed for Natalie's hinky vote. His quick wit provided memorable one-liners on a daily basis, and they only got better from both Angry Banana and Sad Banana. He came in like an aging Mike Boogie but he got past that, earning lots of fans thanks to his humor, his laid back style, and his ability to not take it all so seriously.

    Team Popular - Won: Nothing
She was the star of the first CBS eps although she was barely in there. Her boobies were a show in themselves, and she protested way too much about the attention they got (usually while thrusting them at anyone handy). Mostly she was a miseryguts, glaring & pouting, and claiming to have everything figured out like BB9 Allison but with Shelley Duvall's voice. Her face-off with Jessie was memorable thanks to 'let me get down to your level', 'you're not the boss of me' and 'thrown under the river'.

    Team Popular - Won: Nothing
His nekkid pics got out before the premiere, he said Julie's a ho, and he started a race riot in there - but his target Kevin wasn't offended by the words as much as that they hadn't been buddies. The habitat went nuts waffling about his eviction vote (vs Chima) but he was barely involved, although he did provide the fodder for her most shocking nominee speech ever. Despite all that, Braden turned out to be a funny hamster and a great third to the Jeff & Jordan comedy team.

    BB10 Brian Hart
    Team Brain

    BB8 Jessica Hughbanks
    Team Popular

    BB5/7 Michael Cowboy Ellis
    Team Offbeat
