SEE IT ALL! THE FIGHTS - THE SEX - THE WEIRD STUFF THAT CBS WON'T SHOW YOU

This site is about the Big Brother 11 feeds and contains spoilers! It isn't necessarily thorough: it's what I catch and/or what interests me. It also isn't necessarily about who will win, who should win, who's cute or who's horrid. It's about watching hamsters: who's doing what and why, who's fun and who's dull. If they aren't entertaining, get rid of 'em! Thanks for encouraging my behavior.

FAQ
CBS shows were Sundays at 8, Tuesdays at 9, and live evictions Thursdays at 8

Ross (The Intern) Mathews did GREAT post-eviction shows every Friday

Express Lunch with MissyZ and BB9 Chelsia Hart was on SuperPass Thursdays & Fridays at noon Pacific/3pm Eastern

The official story is Chima was booted. We will never know the complete true story: it was all behind fishies

Jeff won the Coup d'Etat in a public vote and used it to replace Chima's noms (Lydia & Russell) with Jessie & Natalie

Food comps determined living conditions: the losers lived in the Jail room with lights always on, cold water showers, and slop.

Viewer votes determined an additional food item the sloppers could have.

Teams are over. There were four teams: Populars, Jocks, Brainiacs, and Offbeats.

Teamies of the HOH could not be nominated, but they could compete in the next week's HOH comp.

Hamsters earn $750 a week including pre-show hotel and jury sequester. It's possible Jessie gets more (BB7 All-Stars did).

The habitat has 52 cameras and 80 mics.

The recorded Big Brother in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman.

Sadly, Craig Ferguson was not recycled back in this year.

    Preventive programming

They had a banner plane, but it may have been sent by BB since they were on outside lockdown, and BB played a mid-song clip from the Beatles' "Martha My Dear": "hold your head up, you silly girl, look what you've done".. the control room screens after that clearly showed a banner, and at least one of them looking up at it

Looking ahead, we know they don't care about us feedsters, but let's pretend for a minute what Big Brother 12 could be like if they did.. most obvious, if they went back to the original premise of Big Brother where viewers determine the evictions and winner, we'd be spared this nothing of the last days: they'd be doing their best to be entertaining to earn that money

Why The Powers That Be can't understand how much they've mucked up the utterly fantastic original concept of Big Brother is beyond me, but they have, even though shows like "American Idol" and "Dancing with the Stars" have proven it works very well, and brings in extra cash in the form of text votes.. just because nobody knew how to pull it off ten years ago for the original Big Brother does not mean it can't be done now - there are thousands of qualified people who can do reality TV these days, and I guarantee they'd boost their lackluster ratings if they had interesting hamsters vying for our attention and/or affection

If they'd dump the casting nepotism, actormodel hopefuls, phony storylines and secretive Diary manipulation, feedsters wouldn't cause so many problems for them either.. hamsters would still fight, scheme and be outrageous: it's in their DNA.. so all that said, revisit Big Brother 1 at Attw x's amazing site to be reminded of how fun it can all be, and consider some ideas like the following for BB12 - additional ideas submitted by Hamsterwatchers are being added: tweet yours to @hamsterwatch

    1. Retain HOH and veto comps for colorful CBS shows: HOH nominates two for eviction, one can be veto'd off, and viewers vote to evict
    2. All must perform daily and/or weekly tasks to earn food budgets, cosmetics, privileges
    3. Periodic special tasks, i.e. a comp loser can't speak for 24 hours, or must stay up all night and talk to feedsters, or must do everyone's laundry, or must cook for all, etc - failure results in being a third nominee
    4. Give them a dog! A cat would be easier, but would escape (and add to above, comp loser must feed & pick up after it)
    5. Liquid diet instead of boring slop: healthy but psychologically disturbing, and would include booze
    6. MORE BOOZE!
    7. Give us a Diary Room feed! Stop being so shady & secretive about it, and let us know what they're thinking
    8. Show the comps on the feeds! Food comps at least, like the old days
    9. Fine them (withhold from stipend/winnings) for singing or talking about non-released people: say $50 first offense and $100 thereafter - it would stop fast!
    10. More endurance comps, and less B-movie cross-promotion hype
    11. Give them lots more activities to do (and stay away from the kiddie aisle)
    12. Insulate the walls so they don't have to whisper
    13. PLEASE no more has-beens! If we must have another All-Stars, bring back the fun ones, the comedians, the active ones
    14. Get off the 'love to hate' kick - hated hamsters of late are simply hated and THEY LOSE VIEWERS
    15. No sleepovers in HOH room (or just one guest, for potential sex purposes)
    16. If they do Have-nots again, no day naps in other rooms
    17. Bring some reality back to reality TV!
    18. If anyone wants to quit, let them - bigpaulyb
    19. No sleeping all day - k4rm3n and/or No sleeping between 10am and 2pm - cherryred
    20. No packaged foods - MelissaMeek
    21. No chewy candy to smack - cherryred
    22. Everyone thinks they are America's Player - shetowers
    23. Add a popularity poll: least popular becomes third nominee - SMKosior
    24. Big Brother Dog: can't be nom'd but must eat hash, sleep in doghouse, stay off furniture - SMKosior
    25. Have a couple celebrity hamsters - nanabananas (or do a Celeb BB version)
    26. Have all virgins, all divorced, or all gay hamsters - nanabananas
    27. No more Jessie, ever! - chenzoo
    28. Fans & Faves: team a fan with a fave, fans vs faves, or free for all - SMKosior (though I'd still opt for no has-beens)
    29. Have a cash prize for comps to encourage them not to throw them - aylandgirl
    30. Everyone plays HOH every time, jury house feeds, and NO twists - junipersf
    31. No more sequester: jury stays in the house, wears gray & loses vote for breaking rules - SMKosior
    32. No food or room privileges for HOH - just nominations - nanabananas
    33. If they're going to insist on the plastic knife, at least have prepared chopped foods for them - Dara3
    34. Make the veto comp so there's a chance no one wins - that way backdooring isn't always a given and less pawns go up - sandyjoys
    35. Bring back personalized HOH rooms! See their personalities plus we ha e something to look at - jrev16
    36. Heat the damn house - all the blankets are ridiculous - and alternate slop with something else like sardines & crackers every other day - varien2009
    37. Give them sockies instead of those POS loud slippers they clomp around in - attwx
    38. More vaginas - dogdavebb (that's DogDave for you)

Thanks for the contributions! I couldn't include some like remote-control shock collars or free feeds, though those would be fun

Daily Ratings - Last Night of Feeds special edition

Ratings are based on overall season entertainment value, and game

I have a sneaking suspicion they sent today's banner plane since they let them look at it, and they had that weird Beatles audio clip from 'Martha My Dear' that began mid-song with the line 'hold your head up, you silly girl, look what you've done' - maybe they're trying to sabotage 'someone' since they're the only ones who know who Jordan & Kevin will pick tomorrow. I will have a short synopsis tomorrow about their part in all this, but they really blew it this season in my opinion.. see above. From faulty casting to a fatal revival to blocking too much of the fun stuff from the feeds, when it was few & far between to start with. Still, it is our summer obsession and for some inexplicable reason we stick with it.

    Team Popular
    Won: $1,726
    WON PART 2

Between her unworldliness, her tell-all persona, her joy of eating, and her flirty showmance with Jeff, she was definitely one of the highlights this time. If she hadn't been there for Hell Week, we would have been doomed worse than we were. I don't think she had much game at all, but she's still there and that's really all that counts for all three of them.

    Team Offbeat
    Won: $10,626
    WON PART 1

Diary Kevin was a highlight of the CBS show going way back to the first couple of episodes and I wondered why, since he was rarely on the feeds. Then once he started showing up, he was pretty much a dull guy who wore Diary Kevin's clothes. He won a few key comps at the end when he had to and he's shown that he knew what was going on for most of the season, but otherwise I think his game was more luck and lucky partnerships than good BB playing.

    Team Jock
    Won: $1,904, Phone call

I believe she drove BB11 from the start and that she engineered most of the evictions. Of these three, she easily 'deserves to win' based on gameplay, but her utter unwatchability and nasty personality make me hope she doesn't. I gave her a fresh slate after Jessie went but she failed to redeem herself. And I'm still irritated at her dad working with BB10 April Dowling.. the world is not that small.

Team Brain Won: $2,563, Plasma TV
Our first PhD turned out to have a faulty memory that inspired some fights & comedy, but didn't help her any. She was hated & bashed by the others for no real reason, and they obsessed about her 'crazy' and night terrors that few feedsters heard. She was awkward & stuttery, with the worst case of mirror-face we've seen since BB5/7 Jase. She was on slop four weeks without complaint, got beat up in comps, and was kinkier than most expected. She was also likable, looked great on paper, and a dork to root for.

Team Jock Won: $3,181, Hawaii trip
His quick wit & funny banter were a surprise, and he was a heartthrob for many. His showmance with Jordan was cute without being sappy, and his culinary skills kept them well fed and scored a BBQ Smackdown ½ point against the grill. Viewers gave him Cabat Cadoo to get Jessie gone, but he refused to count jury votes and fell for a NataLIE. He was funniest early when he couldn't win, and joked about living 'in the projects'. He didn't have much game, but is easily Hamsterwatch Co-Star of the Season.

    Team Jock Won: $10,000, Massage
He had a surprising number of fights although some were fake and we saw him plan the biggest one with Chima, and he had a surprising number of looks considering he had no hair. He played an unusual game that often defied all logic but he was often funny and one of the few to talk to us. He's also one of few to bond with others by actually listening and not turning the topic back to himself. The night he literally rolled on the floor laughing over a fart was one of the funniest of the season.

Team Offbeat Won: Plasma TV, Captain Unitard
She gave HJs & a condom event for safety, then seemed to really be crushing on Jessie - against all odds. She whined, fake-cried & babytalked too much, was volatile, and the only creative one, making an amazing trashbag suit and Play-doh creations. She shlurred her screams about her catsuit costume but later wore it without complaint, and well. She may have been a damage control exit due to Mills-McCartney Nannygate but we'll never know for sure.

    Team Brain Won: Nothing
She began as a sympathetic character with her horrific story and positive outlook about it, and then things got weird. She flirted with Russell, planned a fake fight with him that happened exactly as scripted, and then they appeared to be mortal enemies. She had a raging and ultimately fatal case of HOH-itis and her hard fall from that was on live TV. With her subsequent nom she got petty, bitter & rebellious, and then she vanished. But she's a strong, smart woman and she'll survive this too.

    Team Jock Won: $2,500
He showed up again uninvited and pretty much killed the feeds for those who were glad to see him leave last year. This time he had a new chin, only talked about himself again, got pink toenails, lost weight, mangled more words, got (at least) four HJs and one condom event with Lydia, all while playing he was Natalie's BFF. He went on Hamsterwatch ignore early during this second stint, and once again got his empty wheel before his time, so I don't have much more to say except hallelujah, he's gone!

    Team Brain Won: Nothing
He looked great on paper but his BB expertise was more stats & CBS versions than anything practical - he obviously missed the start of BB10 or he wouldn't have duplicated Brian's suicidal game. He played a dirty game that included a Michele smear campaign, but Natalie did most of the dirty work he took credit for. He exiled himself a couple times, didn't share his HOH camera, talked non-stop (usually about himself), and generated more hate around the BB interwebs than most.

Team Offbeat - Won: 1 week banana gig
Videos of him & Jessie together surfaced early and their covert partnership ran the house for two weeks, but that deal expired after the Ronnie Mutiny was forgotten and Casey was blamed for Natalie's hinky vote. His quick wit provided memorable one-liners on a daily basis, and they only got better from both Angry Banana and Sad Banana. He came in like an aging Mike Boogie but he got past that, earning lots of fans thanks to his humor, his laid back style, and his ability to not take it all so seriously.

    Team Popular - Won: Nothing
She was the star of the first CBS eps although she was barely in there. Her boobies were a show in themselves, and she protested way too much about the attention they got (usually while thrusting them at anyone handy). Mostly she was a miseryguts, glaring & pouting, and claiming to have everything figured out like BB9 Allison but with Shelley Duvall's voice. Her face-off with Jessie was memorable thanks to 'let me get down to your level', 'you're not the boss of me' and 'thrown under the river'.

    Team Popular - Won: Nothing
His nekkid pics got out before the premiere, he said Julie's a ho, and he started a race riot in there - but his target Kevin wasn't offended by the words as much as that they hadn't been buddies. The habitat went nuts waffling about his eviction vote (vs Chima) but he was barely involved, although he did provide the fodder for her most shocking nominee speech ever. Despite all that, Braden turned out to be a funny hamster and a great third to the Jeff & Jordan comedy team.

    BB10 Brian Hart
    Team Brain

    BB8 Jessica Hughbanks
    Team Popular

    BB5/7 Michael Cowboy Ellis
    Team Offbeat
