I don't care who wins, I'm just here for the cheap entertainment.. the cheaper, the better
This site is about the Big Brother 15 feeds and contains spoilers! It isn't necessarily thorough: it's what I catch and/or what interests me, and it isn't necessarily about who will win, who should win, who's cute or who's horrid. It's about watching hamsters: who's doing what and why. If they aren't entertaining, get rid of 'em! Thanks for encouraging my behavior. Your pal, dingo

CBS shows are Sundays 8pm, Wednesdays 8pm, eviction Thursdays 9pm (changed from Tuesdays, live Wednesdays, Sundays).

Big Brother After Dark is on TVGN for two hours every night starting at midnight/9pm BB time (1 hour later Thursdays), and is censored. Beginning July 19, BBAD runs three hours on Fridays.

Canada runs the TV episodes on Global, and After Dark on Slice, uncensored.

Jury will be nine members, with two finalists.

Weeks 1, 2, 3: The MVP (Elissa) selected the third nominee, privately, and she didn't have to tell anyone she was MVP. If the MVP's nominee won veto, MVP selected the replacement.

Weeks 4, 5, 6: The MVP vote was to name the third nominee directly. If the viewer pick was HOH or and HOH nominee, the third nominee spot went to next highest vote getter.

BB15 prizes are the same: $500k for the winner and $50k for 2nd place. Stipend for the others is $1,000 per week (up from $750), including pre-show hotel and jury sequester. Elissa gets more.

The habitat has 65 cameras (up 12) and 98 microphones (same).

Feeds go down (Tuesday 9/10)

Sure enough, as predicted, they recorded tonight's BBAD from 9 to 11am this morning.. they pulled out their duckie painting and jewelry kits, and they also got miniature sand painting kits for the traditional arts & crafts episode.. they also talked about Pandora and former hamsters showing up to mess with the After Darkers

The trivia took them away immediately after, and the feeds went down until Wednesday night 9pm PT/midnight ET

Once again, it sounds like today's taping will use a stunt audience so I'm not expecting any reliable leaks as to outcome, but I'm sure the rumors will fly.. as always, I'll only post results if I get them from a credible source.. the probable schedule for the rest of the season is posted to your left, but here it is in more detail:

Feeds times are BB/Pacific - CBS times are local (subtract 1 hour for Central)

Tuesday 9/10 - 9am BBAD taping, 5pm eviction show taping (probably Judd), HOH comp
Wednesday 9/11 - Nominations and veto comp, CBS 8pm taped eviction show, feeds back 9pm
Thursday 9/12 - CBS 9pm live veto meeting, eviction, Final HOH part 1 endurance
Saturday 9/14 - Final HOH Part 2, jury deliberation taping?
Sunday 9/15 - CBS 8pm season retrospective show
Wednesday 9/18 - CBS 9.30pm Finale: Final HOH Part 3, final eviction, jury questions and voting

Exterminators go down (Monday 9/9)

McCrae used his veto on himself, obviously, and Spencer put up Judd in his place against GinaMarie, so that solid foursome will be reduced by one tomorrow.. Judd examined the empty veto box after their meeting - apparently he gave quite a speech

The two nominees' luggage arrived in the pantry, Spencer did his blog & tweets, and the camera came out so they know something's up.. it sounds like they'll be using a stunt audience for Tuesday's taping, so that means no reliable leaks as far as who goes and who wins HOH.. I'm assuming they'll block feeds til after the show airs on Wednesday, so we'll also be in the dark as far as veto and eviction.. I expect a ton of rumors but I won't post news unless I get it from a reliable source - maybe they'll leak a few seconds of feeds as they've done in the past? Nah, Magic 8-Ball says "outlook is doubtful"

Tick tock (Sunday 9/8)

Feeds have slowed down to a lot of not much.. mostly they sit around bashing those they've evicted or those on past seasons, or whoever's not present of themselves, notably Judd and McCrae.. this encourages escalated bashing out here, and on it goes.. I've pretty much succumbed to the rabies so won't be tweeting much from here on out, other than major news when it happens

They did their photo boothing, Judd ran out of cigs, McCrae's running low, and that was about all I had until late night, when Andy & Spencer pitched a plan to McCrae to use his veto on GinaMarie, in exchange for cosmetics collateral and her throwing the final four HOH comp - as if! He didn't buy it either, anymore than he ever seriously considered using his last veto on Amanda instead of himself

Remember you don't need me to watch them for you: get the feeds for just $10 through the end of the season.. you can click "previous Hamsterwatch episode" at the top of any page to see what came before, and feel free to click the Amazon.com banner up there for any of your Amazon purchases anytime

Bloody superheroes (Saturday 9/7)

McCrae won the veto in a harness flying puzzle comp that took a heavy toll.. they wore superhero suits, and BB14 winner Ian Terry came in to host - Andy said he hoped Ian didn't hear them dissing him last night and hoping Frank would come in

GinaMarie gashed her leg so bad it needed stitches.. it's the other leg than her broken toe, so she's hobbling around like an old lady - pretty soon she'll need to be encased in bubblewrap.. McCrae & Judd also got banged up: McCrae was bleeding through his tights, and Judd said he thinks he'll be scarred

Judd was extremely grouchy afterwards, cussing production and flipping off the cameras - he was in bad shape going into it after 24 hours of calisthenics, the situps especially, no cigs for days, and it sounds like he didn't understand the comp directions and/or the puzzle, and apparently he gave up.. it's too early and too many of them lie for me to be able to tell yet if they're planning to go boys' club and cut GinaMarie or if they'll send out Judd again, but it definitely sounds like he'll be the re-nom and likely the target

GinaMarie finally got in to Diary to get her stitches, nine of them.. no sooner than she came out, she cut her hand chopping potatoes and we had even more bloodshed.. she held it up for us to see before washing it off and taping it up - she needs a head-to-toe bubblewrap suit at this rate

It's funny how the first power alliance was busted up early, yet two members of the Moving Company are now in final four - go figure

Sits and squats (Friday 9/6)

Judd continued his irregular exercise schedule whenever the whistle blew, doing his situps, squats, and jumping jacks with mostly good cheer.. he said something like "screw you all" after finishing some, but with a smile.. Andy did his cash event: he selected three piggies to smash and came up with $94.83 total.. Spencer held his pre-nom meetings, including whispering with GinaMarie and McCrae separately as the other waited outside the door, with Andy there as volume/privacy monitor

Juror anecdotes and bashing carried on, enraging many of their fans, some of whom apparently never heard them bash any of these remainders - maybe they're new to Big Brother feeds, as bashing evictees is practically a hamster requirement.. some of them carried it further and attacked our remainders' friends & families, and the rabies epidemic continues

Spencer nominated GinaMarie and McCrae as planned, and Judd got an exercise whistle during the noms ceremony - that'll make for a fun ending to Sunday's show

It was a mostly quiet day and night, and eventually Judd was "dismissed!" after a final 75 situps - he'll likely be sore for tomorrow's veto comp after his many calisthenics, and GinaMarie & McCrae were unshackled soon after.. all three remained good sports throughout their punishments.. Judd made a voodoo Andy complete with pin, left it on Andy's bed, and denied it - Andy knew it was Judd's handiwork anyway

Daily rabies report

Final Five drawing by @rachel_booberry, sent to me by @teschinwaconia - thanks to both!

Right, these reports are far from daily, but the rabies epidemic among BB "fans" hasn't let up and in fact, it's picking up steam again

Earlier today, someone responded to a tweet of mine about Andy's cash with "No one left worth watching or rooting for. Pathetic bunch of twits" to which I replied "wrong, many are still watching and enjoying these five, including me".. her comeback was "If you like these 5 lame-ass, scumbag, racists POSs, then you are not worth following. Goodbye scumbag!"

Never mind that all five aren't "racists POSs" let alone the fact I didn't state if I do or don't like any of them, or that I never asked for her opinion or her follow in the first place.. irony of ironies, she'd previously tweeted to someone else "You're so ignorant you're comparing 2 unconnected things & accusing people of saying things they didn't say!".. her twitter bio says she's a college teacher, but maybe it's in a field where neither common sense nor reading comprehension are required - clearly civility and decency aren't

Many of my replies are fun, nice and grateful but I get a few aimed at me like that one, and way too many from people blasting their hamster hate at me.. I've never solicited opinions and have repeatedly asked that people send their hamster hate tweets to their own followers rather than to me.. when I do that, I usually get "you're always complaining".. I'm telling you, tweeting the BB feeds is a never-ending party

The rabies movement really picked last night and today with Elissa's eviction, led in part by sister Rachel, who also has appointed herself to speak for all: "#BB15 lets be real NO ONE is happy about the final 5 or the results of tonight's eviction!".. au contraire, Rachel, au contraire

Awhile back, hubby Brendon took on the role of official Big Brother franchise spokesman by tweeting "Don't worry you will never see these people at any BB functions EVER! They are disgusting and will be promptly removed if seen:)" about this season's cast - what? He carried on with that last week: "The BB excommunicated list thus far: Aaryn, Kaitlyn, Jeremy, Spencer, Disgusting aMANduh and now McCrae. #dead2BB" and "GM was meant to be on the list too. It just keeps getting longer." and "These despicable houseguests can slander #brenchel all they want, but when they drag #brenchelarmy into it...they r toast! #drinkurhaterade"

I realize Elissa's family for them and yes, it's not right to target their fans, but you'd think as two who received more than their fair share of fan hate in the past, they might tone it down a bit rather than inciting their fans to riot or "drink ur haterade".. as I recall, there were reports of Rachel being crushed by what she saw online after her first season, but it seems they want to bring that onto multiple others now

Irony of ironies 2.0, Brendon also tweeted this between those I quoted above: "Like your mother always said, 'if you can't say anything nice at all, say it on Twitter.' #whysomuchate #angerissues #NOH8 #letITgo" - he should have quit with that rather than all the blatant self-contradictions or speaking for all BB alumni and staff

Some feeds sites and updaters have thrown in the towel after receiving so much abuse meant for those they're reporting on, and more are giving up daily.. I'm tweeting far less than usual lately because it's just not worth wading thru the hateful muck in my replies.. Big Brother has a relatively small fan base in TV terms, but I've always thought it's the passion of those fans and the many websites covering the show that have kept it alive.. some do invite the bashing & arguing but most don't, and the rabid fans are killing us, no matter who we're rooting for or against, or if we're staying neutral.. it doesn't help one bit when alumni of the show who should know better contribute to the problem

Ratings - Rabies Gone Wild edition

Ratings are based on entertainment value, more or less

Listen to the wording on Wednesday's show carefully: they usually take great pains to make it appear as if it's a live show, but they won't actually say it is. It's never good when they lock out paying customers in order to keep a secret, but they do it every year. Once or twice in the far distant past, they'd put them back on for a minute or two, just long enough to see who wasn't present, but those days are long gone. I'll never understand why they do this: everyone watches the show anyway.

Won: $94.83
He's one of the most hated out here lately, mostly because he's been playing a good game and getting away with it. He's been the definitive 'floater' in the classic sense, shifting from one group to another and letting them all believe he was loyal to them. 'Floaters' have gotten a bad name in recent years, but it's as valid a BB strategy as any, and difficult to pull off. Entertainment wise, his sarcastic humor shtick is getting old, but at least he's still putting in the effort.

Won: 48 hr cone of shame, 24 hr shackled to McCrae
NOMINATED
She's the only one of the remainders who has used racial slurs in the past, but all five are being called 'vile racist scum' and the like around the BB interwebs - go figure. Personally, I think her stuff was said out of ignorance rather than bad intent, and I think there's hope for her to learn from it.. at least I hope so anyway. She still brings a lot of intentional and unintentional humor and her hair continues to be a wonder.

Won: $5,000, 24 hour solitary, revival, 48 36 hr chicken, 24 hr exercises
NOMINATED
He's likely a goner (again) at this point and I think he knows it despite their reassurances to the contrary. I'm glad he got an extra couple of weeks' revival as he remains one of the more likable and entertaining of the entire cast. Some have crucified him for dissing Elissa, but it's hamster tradition to bash those they've evicted. Anyway, she did her share of bashing too - it just didn't get as much press. Elissa will likely get the viewer favorite prize, assuming they do that again, because votes for others will be split as they were for MVP. But I'll be endorsing Judd: he was far more entertaining all season and I think he'll be more appreciative of it.

Won: $5,000, 24 hr shackled to GinaMarie
USED VETO ON SELF
I'm glad he finally got a chance to wake up from his summer slumber and play without Amanda. It'll take a streak of comp wins to survive the next few days, which he may or may not have in him. Unfortunately, like the rest of them, he's long over putting on a show for us. The usual 75 days is too long a season to start with; 90 days is just brutal on both them and us. You'd think I'd endorse him for viewer favorite money, and I'd love nothing more than to see him get it, but I think his many weeks in bed with Amanda put the kaibosh on that. I'm hoping the votes aren't split between him and Judd, as that will easily give Elissa the win and I just don't know what she's done to deserve it other than being related to Rachel & Brendon, who have spread more hate and rabies than anyone.

Won: $10,000, Bahamas trip, 24 hr megaphone, 48 36 hr chicken
HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD
He's in trouble with some for any number of things, not being hunky enough along with sexist humor being the main reasons, but he's probably looking pretty good in most of the jurors' eyes at this point. Being a perma-pawn means he didn't get any blood on his hands as HOH until now (which was inevitable just due to the numbers), and he only cast two votes against the current jurors. If he sticks til finals, he's got a pretty good shot to win it all if they vote personal.

Won: Sit out 1 veto comp
She came in as the only casting twist but proved that she's nothing like her sister, as she was mostly unemotional and robotic. Her extensions weren't as bad as some but they landed her in #Deathrace2013 a few times anyway, and a few more times for her peculiar eyelash situation. She often made it seem like she was above it all as she talked about her wonderful life, and she was barely on the show until Helen left. Then she stepped it up and won a couple serious comps, including a Rachel-esque OTEV and a miracle save on the baseball wall. She'll be remembered for doing her yoga, including random bendy in the middle of serious convos and Candice's house meeting, her odd cadence when speaking, and for doing a classic spit-take when being harassed by Amanda. Mmm-hmmm.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to duckface in HOH and/or photo booth pics, and most likely to outlast her shelf life.
Check and check - the first is fact, the second is just my opinion

Won: 50 shades of orange
She played a good game but got got by the underdogs she'd overlooked. She was loud, volatile, and shared way TMI at every opportunity, but she also brought humor and was able to laugh at herself. Sometimes. She sucked McCrae's head right out of the game but also served as a shield for him with her mouthy attitude, and she featured in most of the fights, fake rumors out here, and sex events. Most of her explosions were when she was perfectly safe, and she was often the epitome of a sore loser. She won them over one by one with brilliant people skills but then lost them with lousy social skills, and she might want to look into anger management and/or meds adjustment after this. She was extra paranoid and lousy at comps but she got spray-oranged, BB engaged, and BB married twice.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely be Diary's favorite.
-Check

Won: Nothing
She was Bigotgate's poster girl as it spread as far as USA Today, NY Times and international news outlets. Flipping Candice's bed didn't help, nor did her continual denial of having said anything wrong. The fact that Howard & Helen were evicted under her HOHs didn't help her rep, but they were as much game-related group decisions as they were personal. She lost most of her teamies early but she rallied and stuck til jury, largely due to winning four HOHs, making that record a six-way tie, as well as Amanda winning her over to do her dirty work. She had a fit about having her hat sat on, she drank nail polish remover, was a #Deathrace2013 contender for both roots & extensions, and her friend Clownie had a dedicated overnight feed many nights along with five suicide attempts.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to give mirror-face, most likely to waste away on slop, and most likely to either be booted early for no reason, or go to finals against someone they all hate and win
-Fail on all counts, but I don't think anyone expected what we got

Won: 2 night curfew, BBQ party
She started out okay but once she won HOH, she got a raging case of HOHitis that never cleared up. Her political background helped her manipulate them but she played it too heavy, and that was her undoing with both hamsters and feedsters. She learned about teabagging and dental dams this summer, but someone needs to tell her dentists use them too. She held nail parties, orchestrated activities, cried way too many fake tears and a few real ones, reminded everyone she's a mom more than BB9 Sheila Kennedy, and she overused 'I love you' like a teenage boy trying to get laid. #STFUHelen became a thing on Twitter for a few weeks, and it even trended on her eviction show.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to talk too much and too long.
-Check and double-check

Won: Nothing
She was a non-entity for most of the season other than crying over Helen's BBQ party (then going anyway) plus a knockdown drag-out with Amanda, until she got wind she was about to be evicted. Then she revved up Tropical Storm Jessie and swore she'd turn them all against each other after she left. That was fun for an afternoon and would have made her one of the most memorable hamsters of all time if she'd kept it up but alas, she fizzled, apologized, and will fade into obscurity with so many others. She had the reputation of being a man-izer but most of that happened before the feeds, and all we got was a 2-day sHOwmance with Judd.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to find herself without an alliance.
-Check, repeatedly

Won: $5,000, 1 week clown suit
She laid around with Howard until he left, and then she mostly laid around by herself. She still managed to figure in many of the fights, including one during the veto comp and one during her own eviction. I think a lot of their problems with her started before the feeds did, but it's fair to say she egged it on as well. She'll be remembered for tragic life stories, being the Mad Hatter sitting on hats (or not), Keepin' It Real With Candie, her crab shack story, meeting Julie in a clownitard, and the #BlameCandice hashtag game.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to say she's there 'for the experience'
-I don't know if she said that much or not

Won: Nothing
He was eloquent and animated in Diary but we didn't get that guy on the feeds. Instead he mostly laid around with Candice, held Bible study in the coach seats, and prayed in the photo booth. He isolated Candice and himself, killing both of their games, and their combined lack of awareness foiled any chance for his 11th hour save plan to succeed. He gave sudden speeches that few understood, but he wore Candice's tassel earrings and Judd's crown equally well.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to parannoy, eventually
-Fail - others freaked out for no reason more than he did

Won: Nothing
She was a caboose for the mean girl train and when she wasn't straddling Jeremy, she was laying around making out with him, including in her bestie's HOH bed whenever Aaryn stepped away. She took being widowed better than GinaMarie, but she had several days to prepare for it and seemed almost proud of making 'Big Brother history' by using her veto. Otherwise she brought eyebrow adventures, and apologies when she mouthed off, which is more than some.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to be intimidated, taken advantage of, and blindsided
-Fail, although Jeremy's eviction did blindside her.. taken advantage of is subjective

Won: Permanent Have-not pass
He claimed 1/16 Cherokee but he besmirched that heritage regularly, along with many others. He caused and starred in the big Winegate fight, smooched with Kaitlin while laying his hand on Aaryn's leg, wore a diaper, and mistakenly boasted he'd win every comp. He was a boy in a man's body, but his tattoos were nicer looking than most heavily tatted hamsters' have been. He'll be most remembered for being the asshat of BB15.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to get in a fight
-Check

Won: Nothing
He came in saying he hoped for stardom but it probably won't happen as a result of this show. Overnighters got to know his blue hoodie & cap well, and he was usually the last one to go to bed. That's usually good strategy but it didn't help him. The over-the-top character he played in pre-season interviews gave him a rough start with most, but he didn't stick long enough for us (me anyway) to get to know what he's really about.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to namedrop and be generally annoying
-Subjective, but I'll take it

Won: Nothing
He didn't bring much to the feeds and he seemed oblivious about how the show works, but those types are the ones who get blindsided and we always like to see that. The Aaryn & David Comedy Show was fun for a minute but all the controversy she fed took the fun out of that, so it's just as well he got gone early. Back to the beach and watching BB on the couch with mom.
My pre-season prediction:
-Most likely to climb on stuff and be told 'Stop that!'
-Check, first night of feeds

Bigotgate oozed farther beyond our insulated BB world more than any prior scandal, going all the way to TMZ, CNN, The New York Times, and international news & media outlets. Aaryn Gries and GinaMarie Zimmerman were fired from real world jobs as a result of bigoted remarks on the BB15 feeds, Aaryn from two modeling contracts and GinaMarie from her pageant company. Spencer was investigated by local law enforcement for his bad joke, and his employer Union Pacific issued two statements about him. (Spencer is a union employee.)
