Daily Feeds RecapsDay 90 - Monday 9/16/19Despite Julie's announcement implying the final veto outcome would be on Wednesday's show as usual, the veto meeting didn't happen today as usual. Apparently they were told it would be live on Thursday, which is usual for this final veto. But a taped eviction, pre-recorded After Dark, and 36-hour feeds outage is also usual for this point in a season and that's not happening, so that's something. Meanwhile our final four rattled around as usual, talking to themselves and us, and each other in various combos. A few sodas froze in Nicole's HOH fridge and one exploded in there, and that was the extent of excitement for the early part of the day. These are the dog days for hamsters and there probably won't be much to break up the monotony - something else they talk about a lot. Each duo trashed the other semi-regularly when separated, and reverted to kumbaya when together. They were given playing cards and Cliff played "pick a card" to Nicole, who didn't really perk on the fact they had cards until Cliff pointed it out. He also did it to Jackson who got very excited about cards, and Holly who didn't really react one way or the other. But they didn't play cards until Cliff dealt some solitaire after 10pm, and they still hadn't gotten around to tie-dye. Jackson and Holly had a little spat about the awnings and if she could/should help him raise them or not. He finally told her to patrol his food for flies while he did them alone. The two of them served up a number of movie poster poses this evening, including this one that could be a sci-fi adventure about waiting for an asteroid or alien invasion. Jackson made himself steak and highly peppered Brussels sprouts and Nicole made frozen pizza for the rest of them - her first time, it sounded like. The foursome ate together outside, as it was their last night out there, displaying their mutual ignorance as they theorized how the final week plays out. Holly and Jackson had another date with the HOH shower stool. The rest of the night was weird. Nicole was noticeably missing for most of the night, probably asleep. Jackson and Holly did some hammock time, and it looked like her laugh was broken after Jackson said or did something he found funny. Then again, for the number of times Holly says something's "hilarious" she rarely laughs, so maybe this was her actual laugh. Cliff did card tricks, narrating all the way, and talked a little about the brother who was killed on this day, including the fact that said brother accidentally cut off Cliff's toe when they were young. It was reattached. I'd like to know how we got to Day 90 without hearing this info before. Cliff then went on a habitat-wide hunt for the missing Orwell, again narrating all the way. Most figured Tommy had taken him when he left. The hunt crossed way past the cute line and into weird territory, and it was starting to look like he was losing his mind, as sometimes happens at this phase of the season. Just as After Dark ended, Cliff found the owl under pillows on the kitchen couch, and Tommy was vindicated. Cliff and Nicole have cooked up some campaign plans that will probably fall flat. But first we have to get through another Taco Tuesday. Get the feeds to see it all unfold live and/or with flashback! Day 91 - Tuesday 9/17/19They stayed up late, with Nicole and Jackson hanging in the backyard until it was closed for the week (and likely the season) at 4.40am. Of course that meant for a very late morning. The no napping rule has been severely relaxed lately, if not eliminated. Nicole gave her HOH room to Cliff last night, and he launched his day with another everlasting monologue running his same loops about the show, the season, his family, his life, and of course the "honor" topic about Jackson. I'm still perplexed why he and Nicole haven't considered the possibility that Jackson eavesdropped on their convo with Tommy, especially Cliff, who was busted very early for his Cliff Notes talks by Christie eavesdropping. Not to mention Tommy's extreme anguish at not being believed - he's not that good an actor, but here we are. Cliff and Nicole still plan on pitching to Jackson and Holly about jury votes: his risk about "breaking his word" when that's all he harps on, and her poor chances against him. If and when that happens, of course Jackson and Holly will compare notes and it'll be futile. But it'll also create more resentment with Holly and Jackson, so there's that.Jackson snapped at the cameras when he asked for privacy to pray, even though he's been demonstrably praying for a couple weeks or so. The big news was that shampoo day finally arrived for Holly! Jackson lingered at the HOH shower door as she did and talked to her, the much-abused stool sitting alone and neglected across the room. Afterwards Holly sat on the bed talking to Jackson about how "ugly" she looked, which he denied. Then she was called to Diary, she cussed, and he said "she'll be there in an hour." Nicole told us she was ready to promise anything to Jackson, including promising him he'll be in one of those chairs on finale night, adding "that's not me lying, he'll have a guaranteed spot in those final chairs of jury." Cliff began his pitch to Jackson while Holly was in Diary. It was the usual rehash of who did what first, and didn't accomplish anything. Jackson reported the convo to Holly, including Cliff saying he'd cashed in a 401k to take the time off. Holly said indignantly "should I tell him I still have $20,000 in debt to pay?" and Jackson said "we're not gonna play tit for tat." Even though that's exactly what they've all been playing since Christie's exit. Cliff revved up his act again for After Dark, picking up where he left off last night and making a skit of kidnapping Orwell in a pillowcase. Then he tried to get Jackson's attention by dancing around the kitchen during food prep, with Orwell on his head, with and without tutu, while Jackson chopped steaks. Holly plus Jackson took forever to make dinner again, but the four finally sat down at their tiny table for the penultimate Taco Tuesday. Nicole shared her Seagram's drinks but conversation was still a lot stiffer than it used to be and the atmosphere was awkward. They poked some fun at themselves before they broke up again: Cliff to more camera talking, Jackson and Nicole to chess, and Holly to the bathroom mirror, and then Cliff and Holly joined the game area as chess spectators. At bedtime, Cliff told us he'd continue working his guilt trip on Jackson tomorrow, by telling him he wouldn't have his or enough jury votes to win if he doesn't honor their deal. Nicole worked on Jackson a bit tonight, reminding him how hungry Cliff was for finals, and how hard he'd fought to get this far. Get the feeds to see it all unfold live and/or with flashback! Day 92 - Wednesday 9/18/19Cliff made some BB21 pancakes by pouring down mirror-image letters and then covering them for a bigger pancake for a sort of embossed effect. He taught Nicole how to play gin, as Holly and Jackson snored in another room. The monotony was finally broken up with Nicole delivered a message from Diary for them all to get presentable for something, but they weren't told what.Cliff finally asked Jackson to hear his final pitch and they met in HOH, after Jackson stopped off to carve up a watermelon first. He basically started off by saying he'll keep Holly over Cliff, and what a tough decision it was etc etc. Despite all the umpteen rehearsals we've heard, Cliff started off rehashing all the deals, who allegedly broke them, and other dead horse beatings. He told Jackson he'll throw the final HOH (lie) and guarantee him a spot in finals, and they spent some time mourning for whoever's family won't have seats at finale. Finally Cliff got around to his jury votes threats, saying he wouldn't vote for Jackson and he'll work the jury against him too, versus Holly being a guaranteed vote for Jackson plus campaigning to others for his behalf (an angle Cliff's been working on for several days). Jackson sat silently, with just occasional grunts, for the entire latter part of the pitch and when Cliff left, he said angrily to himself/us/the room "Are you fucking kidding me? You're gonna threaten me with fuckin jury votes?! Thank you for making my job easier!" Retells began immediately with Cliff reporting to Nicole, including the fact that Jackson had gotten silent and angry. When Jackson retold to Holly, she said "bullshit! bullshit!" She may not have realized she'd be the potential beneficiary if the jury was poisoned against Jackson. Further poisoned that is - Tommy's already had a week with them. Jackson kept seething silently, as Holly was on one of her marathon cooking adventures. Eventually Jackson retold his meeting with Cliff to Nicole, saying he was wavering until Cliff threatened him. (Actually he said at the top he'd be keeping Holly, but never mind). Nicole went into the bedroom at one point and told us "[Jackson] can dish it out but he can't take it." Jackson went a few more ranty rounds to her, saying this isn't the Big Brother he came to play, everything was fine til Cliff made it personal, he bullied and strong-armed him, etc etc. Nicole took another break in the pantry, telling us she didn't want to laugh but she couldn't help it because Jackson's hypocrisy was so ridiculous. He'd been playing personal, strong-arming, "bullying," and everything else he was accusing Cliff of all season, adding "he's a big baby." Cliff launched into his tired hiding Orwell shtick when After Dark started and gave more silly tours of the habitat. He paused for a minute to talk about solitaire with Jackson, like everything was normal, which caused more silent seething. Holly piped up "in awkward situations I make awkward jokes, and cook." I guess that's the "playing her own game" she's been talking about all season. Whatever the vague announcement of something happening tonight was about, it seemed to be a mistake or maybe a misunderstanding about being ready for long Diaries, as they all did those. Nicole, with Cliff present and Jackson in Diary, told Holly she had nothing against her (countering Jackson's report to Nicole that Holly didn't think much of her), and she said she was frustrated by Jackson's words and accusations after the way he'd acted all season, and she said she'd like to talk to him but it would probably just lead to a confrontation. Holly spoke in generalities and clichés, and talked about her perceptions and personality. They fed the fishies as a quartet, for Cliff's last night. Nicole asked Cliff to put in a good word for her with the jury, and she ran a list of her pros and cons from the season for him to deliver, including the huge fight about her and the first cussing on tv. Cliff finally went in for his last marathon Diary, and Nicole and Holly sat down to do their nails together. Nicole campaigned a little more, still needing to solidify her spot in those final chairs. She also poked at Jackson a bit when he joined them, saying things like "jury management is a big part, this is valid" and the perennial favorite "it's a game." He said it didn't feel like a game lately. Holly and especially Nicole got silly, dancing around doing nail-drying dances and just being generally goony. Later Jackson whisper-ranted to Holly about his disappointment in Cliff pulling guilt trips, bringing up family finances, not respecting "the game," being hypocritical, etc etc - all things Jackson's also done, often, and particularly in the past week. He told her about the offer to throw the final HOH and guarantee him a seat at finals, and he said he could take Holly off the block and make her do the dirty work, but he said that would be cowardly. He complained that he may have lost the $500,000 especially if Cliff does turn the jury against him, and he acknowledged that Tommy may have already done that. He said if they vote on game, they'd have to vote for him but if they're bitter, he could lose (to her, but he didn't mention that and neither did she). Once again a grateful nod to BB5 Cowboy for the best word to describe Jackson's mood tonight: he was nervousing. Nicole offered her HOH room to Cliff for his last night but he declined and told her to enjoy it. It will likely be locked after tonight, since nobody will be HOH until Part 3 happens live on finale in one week. Get the feeds to see it all unfold live and/or with flashback!
