She said "today's the day, I either get evicted or I go all the way." Spoiler: she's not going all the way. She said she doesn't believe Cody saying that Nicole being a prior winner won't be a factor for jury votes, and she again said she thought he'll probably evict her tonight but she wasn't entirely sure. If she paid a fraction of the attention toward everyone else that she focuses on herself, she'd know what's about to go down, but no. Meanwhile Nicole, almost but not entirely confident that Cody won't snake her, applied all the facial skincare products in stages: cream mask, cheek and chin flaps, paper mask, and a variety of lotions and creams. Then she gave herself a tiny burn with her curling iron - oops. The show began with a tease about a "special surprise" for the final three, and the recaps had the usual glut of puns, pointless campaigning, and fluff segments, but for some reason they left out Nicole peeing herself. There was a lengthy jury segment that included Memphis's arrival, where he gave David a bro-hug, and they all yacked a lot about who's most likely to win, with varying degrees of bitterness and denial of same. Christmas's speech including telling Enzo he'll be third place again, and Nicole's included telling Enzo he's now in the "I'm so funny I made Nicole pee her pants club" so that did make the show, by reference anyway. Cody evicted Christmas, and she double-talked and contradicted herself in her QA with Julie. She said she'd been "expecting this for weeks" but also said she was shocked, and although Cody told her about the other Wise Guys in his farewell, which she absolutely didn't know about, she told Julie she wasn't shocked. Julie then opened the viewer favorite vote (see right sidebar), and showed videos from home to the F3 from Cody's girlfriend Christy, Enzo's kids Gia and Nico, and Nicole's Victor and their doggies. Feeds came back at 10.37pm and they'd had their memories dinner that included filet mignon, lobster tails, calimari, salads, crème brûlée, champagne, and fresh flowers. They'd also finished Part 1, which Nicole won. It was a spinny comp where they were alternately thrown into a wall and had to hurl over a moon, which they often hit instead. It had a zombie theme, and they were splattered with green goop. Enzo came off first, and it sounded like he'd gotten motion sick from the spinny. He also said "I shoulda never cried in the DR, I'm more upset about that than about [losing Part 1]" - maybe he got emotional in there over seeing his kids. Nicole muttered to herself/us at one point "a girl won first part HOH, I'm as shocked as you are." They said they thought the comp lasted about 30 to 35 minutes. So Cody will go against Enzo for Part 2, likely tomorrow or Saturday, and the winner of that will go against Nicole live on finale for Part 3 on Wednesday. Day 80 - Friday - October 23, 2020Enzo confirmed to Nicole that yes, his Diary crying had been about seeing his kids. Last night he told himself/us that he'd told Cody to cut Nicole and since he sent Christmas out instead, he said "fuck, I am in trouble." Accurate, and doubly so since Cody told Nicole about Enzo pushing him to cut her. Nicole worried about what Victor meant when he said "this is the hardest thing I've ever done" in his video message. Last night Enzo and Cody told her it was probably about having her gone but today she and Enzo wondered if it was about social media backlash. Enzo said "when you keep reading negative shit, it starts to wear on you, yo." Also accurate (and why I blocked replies on many of my tweets this year: that's been a game-changer for me.) Nicole said "you can pick on me but if someone picks on me or my family I get really mad," and Enzo said "if anyone says anything about my kids I'll go fuckin nuts." They exchanged some thoughts about jurors and how Christmas might affect their thinking, and they laughed about how awful the new school policy of pre-noms meetings with the HOH is. Enzo said it's like waiting in a doctor's waiting room for appointments, only everyone's there to throw somebody else "under the bus."The three of them did some more rehashing of this season and their prior ones, and they napped. Cody did some solo studying as he stared at the photo wall and at one point he was playing backgammon by himself as the other two napped. If that isn't a new low for activity, I don't know what is. Enzo slept most of the day and evening, while Cody and Nicole puttered around. They had a donuts delivery which was the highlight of Nicole's day, and Cody was pleased to find his requested American cheese had arrived. Reminder, if you missed what came before, check my previous episode, always linked up top or from my season index, and get the feeds to catch anything you missed with Flashback! Day 81 - Saturday - October 24, 2020The nothing raged on as they waited to play Part 2. Nicole's mirror-face routines, skincare regimens, and ongoing narration seemed to be increasing, which didn't seem possible but here we are. She asked BB to order her a dress as the one she brought for finale doesn't fit anymore. Enzo joked he hadn't seen the others for a couple days, as he slept virtually around the clock yesterday. He and Cody said they were grateful this season went reasonably well for each of them, and they weren't expecting much backlash afterward. Cody added "yo my brother had a BAD experience" to which I can only say Paulie bought that and brought it on himself. They also speculated how the jury will respond to Christmas's arrival and her reaction to them, and the same applies: she bought whatever she has coming too, especially out here. The after Christmas sales I've been waiting for kicked in when Cody griped about her not cleaning up because she was on the block: "you're on the block for a reason, like you don't just get like a fuckin hall pass, it drove me absolutely insane! It's like yo you're on the block because of the game you're playing, you don't get any sympathy." Enzo agreed and griped again about her harping about him nominating her at F4 when only the veto matters. In another season rehash, Nicole told a whopper when she said she never repeated anything anyone told her this season. Hello? There wasn't even enough time to place a bet for how fast she'd retell anything before she did. Feeds went down for Part 2 around 6.30pm and came back for a nanosecond at 9.17pm, just long enough to get a glimpse of all three so we know the comp was over. But then they were gone again, and not fully back until 10.42pm. Cody and Nicole were playing chess - Nicole was learning, that is, and Enzo was in Diary. There was not a peep about the comp or who won it, but Cody seemed in a good mood. At one point they argued like sibling children about how a knight moves, even though they just did a comp about that the other day. Enzo finally came out of Diary and grouched to himself a bit, then told himself/us while shaving that his brother will laugh, adding "fuck it, I finally lost my cool, fuck it, it is what it is yo." That was further evidence that Cody won, and it was all but explicitly confirmed when Enzo said in a sing-song voice "I shit the bed, cause that's what I done" and then he said "I took two shits in beds." Even more explicit confirmation came later from Enzo talking to himself again, "I cracked, Jacky [his brother], I let everybody down.. I wasn't gonna beat Cody, there's no way." The only clues I got about the comp itself was that there was a big "megatron," and pigs, a balance beam and swings, and they had to position themselves in pictures. Enzo let slip that they were told not to talk about it, so that's where we stand now, fellow feedsters. We are to be kept in the dark (but we always figure it out anyway). So it'll be Nicole versus Cody live on finale for the final HOH, and either of them will cut Enzo as third place again. Unless they're lying to each other, but we've had no surprises all season - why would they start now?
