They acknowledged Michael's comp juggernaut of course and how it had become a problem for everyone's chances, and Turner told Brittany there's been a lot of talk about her playing for second place against anyone, which she acknowledged. They agreed to hold off on formalizing anything til after Monday's veto meeting so nothing would get back to Michael, even though Brittany assured Turner he was not Michael's renom plan or target. Brittany reported a lot of that meeting to Michael around noon, and she sounded like she was happy to act as a double agent to gather info, and also somewhat resentful about being put in that position. I don't think she told him the F2 and F4 parts in that retell per se, but she did say she thought Turner might be wanting that F4 with her, Monte, Taylor. Brittany later told Taylor she was "in the process of entertaining" the two of them working with Alyssa, "and if it comes in handy, it comes in handy."BB ran the wake up/get up announcements repeatedly and eventually everyone was up by early afternoon. The usually welcome announcement that the yard was open had Alyssa and Turner heading out there, only to turn around and go right back inside. My weather widget (to your left) showed it was 108°F at the time. Brittany sat down for one of her lengthy chats with us but rather than giving us any genuine thoughts, she talked to us feedsters as if we haven't seen any feeds. Topics included her comic and her reaction to it, and she said "I won't spoil what my comic is for you guys." (We already know.) And she said she still considers herself a BB "superfan" even though she's never seen any feeds. Turner asked Alyssa if Kyle's "reptile dysfunction" comic was a real thing, and she said no. Twice. Then she asked if Turner wanted details and he said no. She did tell him about the spat she and Kyle had about her telling Turner they'd done the deed, and Turner said Kyle must have told Joseph at some point because he also knew. Brittany told several of them that she'd gathered from Diary some comics were just random funnies without particular significance, and she was pleased to assume her BrittFlea fell into that category. Taylor and Terrance sat down outside, and Terrance said he'd been thinking on it, assuming all the comics must mean something. He said "what do fleas do? They attach themselves and get carried." Taylor gasped and said BB was going hard this year, with that along with Alyssa's dead weight and useless zing. BB then ran "Zinnngggg!" and both Taylor and Terrance exploded with laugher. Terrance then told Taylor everything that happened at Dyre Fest. Taylor and Terrance then tried to tell Alyssa and Turner about the flea and the "Zinnngggg!" over the backyard speakers, but were told to stop talking about production, leaving Turner and Alyssa very confused. They may have gotten through the explanation during a couple WBRBs that followed. Later Terrance and Taylor told Monte, who laughed. Alyssa told Michael and Brittany she'd like them plus Taylor to be the final four. Alyssa, Brittany, Taylor had a long gametalk in HOH, much of it about how great it would be if they're the final three. They didn't actually formalize an F3, and Brittany might tell Michael all about it, but it sounded almost solid. And Alyssa told them how Kyle was perpetually aroused around her. They realized they'd all had to pack back in Week 1 and they were all still here, and they said three girls had never been the final three in BB. That isn't true, but it has been awhile. Monte, Terrance, Turner hung out in the pool for a long time, mostly not talking game but there was some of that. Later Alyssa asked Turner if she should approach Monte about the vote since she'd never talked game with him, and she thought he's pretty close with Terrance. Both agreed she should, as "you never talked to me about my vote" was always a good reason not to give one. All of them were in the backyard around twilight, dozing or chatting or working out, when BB told them to check the pantry. They didn't rush to see why and several sounded almost like booze would be unwelcome. Alyssa, Monte, Terrance finally made their way there and found a couple bottles of wine and the selfie video camera. They still had leftover beer and Michael's HOH hard cider, and they decided to drink later. They took an inventory and realized they had seven beers, five margaritas, six hard ciders, and the two bottles of wine so they figured it was time to party. And they'd use the video camera to document some of their activities like Chinese checkers. So the food and booze came out, they cheered themselves for making final seven, and sat around the table to talk first impressions of each other. Again. From there they moved on to other topics and kumbaya moments. Feedmasters threw a better zing than all of 2022 Zingbot's combined when Alyssa said she'll probably wait awhile to watch the season, and they cut to a shot of the butterfly floatie in Have-not. The party finally broke up and hamsters scattered to their corners. Michael met with both Alyssa and Terrance and implied to both he won't be using veto. He later met with Turner who said if he wins HOH next, he'll target Alyssa, and he gave his word he won't target Michael. That could just be a shmooze line to ensure he doesn't end up on the block tomorrow. But Turner then told him he's heard a lot of people talking about taking out Michael because they'd lose to him, and then he said it was Brittany who said that. And that she'd pitched an F2 with him, and that she also had a thing going with Alyssa and Taylor. Turner also told him the After Party name, and he pitched that Michael work with him and Monte, trading off HOHs to the end. Michael said all that gave him a lot to think about, but he then become more animated (a tell for him) and said he was relieved to hear all this because he'd been apprehensive about putting all his eggs in Brittany winning an HOH basket. They agreed to meet up with Monte at some point to discuss it further. Assuming no drunken fights break out overnight, Michael will not be using his veto tomorrow. It's going to be a long week. I couldn't do this without you guys ♥ Day 60 - Saturday - September 3, 2022They were woken early to do the final veto player pick of the season. Turner's the one who won't play this one, and apparently Terrance picked Taylor over him. An odd choice, considering it's now Day 60 of him bashing her. He's switched it up a bit this week, holding rant sessions about Michael and Brittany separately to Alyssa, Taylor, Turner this morning. And Michael told Turner that Terrance wasn't handling the block well and said he was ready to go, threatening to taint the jury, and that's disrespectful to the game. Michael and Brittany compared notes on Alyssa pitches and realized they'd each gotten the same: take her to the end and win. Brittany noted that's also been everyone else's pitch to her. Alyssa told us she's annoyed at Turner's coffee cups being left around everywhere. Terrance talked at Michael about why he's on the block, the timing about spilling the Kyle dirt, pointing out that of course Turner would accept a deal to be safe this week if he renom'd Kyle last week, and letting him know After Party had agreed to target Michael. Terrance followed up with Brittany, who said she doesn't see any scenario he stays if noms stay the same.Feeds were down from 2.40pm til just before 9pm for the veto comp. It was BB Comics and Michael won. Again! It was the traditional comics comp with the zip line and spotting minor differences in their pics, and they were given ice/cooling vests which they all said helped since it was another hot day in SoCal. Michael did it in just over nine minutes, it sounded like Taylor was second, and several of the times were close. Alyssa and Brittany were within seconds of each other with 13 minutes and change, and nobody timed out. There was no comic for Paloma. There was some talk about the comics themselves but not as much as usual. Turner got to see them at some point, and was confused by his but he said they got the hair right along with rugs. Alyssa was Mallyssa with a shopping mall which confused her, Ameerah's was ABeerah, Brittany's was a flea "Head Itch in Charge" which confused all of them, Indy was Brazilian Waxer, Joseph had muscles, Kyle's was a A Reptile or RepKyle Dysfunction, (they went there!), Michael's had his cats, Monte's had some sort of power which confused him, Nicole was a chef, Pooch was a dog, Taylor was a potato chip girl, Terrance was DJ Snowtime. Muffins were in either Jasmine's or Turner's - probably Jasmine's, since it never came out that Turner was the culprit. Michael went to HOH for a few minutes after the initial retells and technique comparisons, whispering "I won BB Comics!" He was aware when he won last week that he'd joined the tied record held by Janelle, Daniele D, Paul, Kaycee for most veto wins in a USA season, so he was surely aware that with tonight's sixth veto win he'd pulled ahead and now holds that record. He only has Brittany and Taylor to celebrate with, so maybe that will come later. Regardless, big congrats from me! It's a huge accomplishment. Later he told Brittany he'll use Terrance's threat to poison the jury against him in his veto speech, knowing the jury will see that. It's unlikely he'll use it this week, unless things change between now and Monday.
