It also isn't necessarily about who will win, who should win, who's cute or who's horrid. It's about watching hamsters: who's doing what and why, who's fun and who's dull. RATINGS WATCH
Thursday's eviction show placed second for the hour with 7 million viewers, 4.1 rating and 8 share, behind 'Wipeout' on ABC with 7.8/4.3/8, and ahead of 'Glee' rerun on FOX with 3.6/2.4/5, and 'Community' & '30 Rock' reruns on NBC with 2.4/1.7/3 and 2.4/1.6/3 respectively. 'Wipeout' also won the 18-49 demographic.

Bye bye Stabo-Annie

They did their usual Thursday body count in HOH, so the crew could do what they need to do in the living room & backyard to prepare for a smooth show.. they did have a few moments of fun before passing out though, with Britney leading another round of guessing the Julie questions they might face later

Julie told us Annie was the saboteur, and then she was shaking her hand and that was the end of the lamest twist they've tried yet - I hope! But I may be disappointed again, as reliable reports say Annie will be sequestered - ugh, I hope they don't do revive-a-hamster

Rachel won the HOH comp so we might have sex in the HOH again.. Britney & Lane did a set of their flirty snarky shtick that was very funny, and Britney & Monet went on a very bitchy but very funny rant about Kristen & Rachel.. they're all surprised that nominations are so soon

Those still in the Have-not room were told they couldn't sleep "up there" - I don't know what that's about since Have-nots ended some days ago, but BB let Brendon sleep up there.. the Rachel/Brendon slurpmance seems to be their new ad campaign

Rachel cracked her tequila open and finished it off, with Brendon taking a couple shots (choking on one).. they slurped, he talked classes and science, and made her get up and go downstairs (which she slipped on) - but not before he called it "our HOH room".. whatever the two of them have going, it seems to be sexually dysfunctional, but that could change

Big Brother really starts after the first eviction & here we are

Ups for letting their sorry stabo twist walk the plank tonight and for letting Annie go with it, and also for not messing up the day count as I feared they might. They might actually be listening to the fans & feedsters this year, which is a good sign. Julie jumped on this cast's bandwagon by inventing a new word tonight 'showmantic' which is a good one for Brendon, since he's got no game beyond 'I really really like you'. We didn't get a one-on-one with Hayden but that's more than okay.
VTE Annie Sympathy ups for being such an outcast when he's one of the only ones in there with a visible personality. He said going in that he'd WREAK HAVOC by lying and being a general wild card, and he's lived up to that more than the sorry staboteur, and Annie was (potentially) getting paid for it! His faux griping in the greenlight capped the day, especially with the giggles that accompanied it. He gave Rachel & Brendon an enthusiastic giant secret hug of congrats so he's safe tomorrow, but several of them noticed he was too happy with Rachel's win.	VTE Annie He had a drunken girl giving him lappies and pulling him under the covers, but he keeps spewing sappy soap opera dialog and changing the subject to game and science, and he couldn't wait to get out of her bed and her room. Is he a virgin? Whatever the deal, he's got no game whatsoever and this slurpmance is turnng off as many feedsters as BB7 Boogie & Erika's did.
Won: $10 VTE Annie Once agan she rallied in our favor by hosting another round of 'What Will Julie Ask?', exchanging snarky insults with Lane, and Mean Girls gossping with Monet. What more can anyone ask of a hamster? If she's nominated tomorrow as she expects, we should finally get some of the fireworks missing from this season so far.	VTE Annie He didn't get enough face time on tonight's feeds but he's got an easy upgrade from neutral for telling Rachel she was 'bojangled' after she slipped on the stairs, and for another great bedtime show in the greenlight.
No vote (HOH) Watching the great pains he took to brush all of his newly washed hair forward was oddly fascinating, but it doesn't help his look any. His obsession with talking to Kristen in the greenlight about his Dutch oven won't help him start up much with her, since she is a grown-up. He'd be the obvious choice for a nomination tomorrow, but hamsters rarely do the obvious.	VTE Annie She was the one to stay after Rachel's HOH room reveal and shmooze her while helping her unpack lingerie. But let's face it: she's a prude and a peacemaker, and that's a lethal combo for us.
Won: $100 VTE Annie She's another likely nomination target since she was up against Rachel in the Miss Big Brother Bikini contest question, as are those who selected her as the answer: Enzo, Matt and Lane. I'm starting to think she might be a vampire since she only comes out at night.	Won: $1,000 VTE Annie He represents everything that doesn't appeal to me, yet he's a breath of fresh air in there. Okay, stale farty sweaty air but it comes out the same. He's this close to attracting PETA's attention and suffering their wrath, but he's just the doofus we need to keep things light & breezy, and I'm relieved that Digiorno finally has a new spokesmodel.
Won: $1 VTE Annie Mr Mensa was nervousing (© BB5 Cowboy) a lot after the HOH comp, but then Rachel assured him he had nothing to worry about. One of these days someone in there is going to start realizing there's more to him than the goofy guy in the tattoo role, and that he's got a pretty good idea of what's going on.	Won: $10,000 VTE Annie She's not nearly as good at trashtalk as Britney is, but she gets going real good when Britney starts her off. Other than that she does a lot of complaining about everything including the fact that she's morbidly obese. She's this close to being called Moanet, and I don't usually use nicknames for them. Her boobies are now on my adult page which is for - as you might expect - adults.
No vote (nominee) HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD Ups for a win when she needed it and especially one that will perturb the cat ladies. Janelle Pierzina & Shannon Elizabeth were thrilled with the win so that should cause further consternation. She got sloppy sippy on her tequila but she wasn't able to lure Brendon into more than the usual slurpiness. Her choices for noms remain a mystery but I'll go out on a limb and predict Hayden and Monet, with Britney as her veto alternate.	VTE Annie He needs to stick a long time because he just doesn't work as well in the small snippets they give us of him while there are so many in there. His long rambly stories are his forte and they won't leave a feed on him long enough to finish one. He gave Lane a lesson in gay tonight and it sounded like good stuff, but as I said, we only got a snippet.
13-DAY STABOTEUR She turned her nomination into the House of Annie and wheedled everyone for days, to no avail. She promised catfights with Britney and Rachel but nothing came of it, leaving her in the 'Who?' category for future BB trivia, even including her stabotage. She's lucky she went early: she might have cracked bad and the chops would get really brutal.	Paolo Aviles 30 - Unemployed real estate agent Somewhere Lucky #14 got away before the season began without any secrets exposed or embarrassing incidents to live forever on the web. Her dirty laundry will remain in the hamper, but boobies fans will be forever disappointed and wonder 'what if?'
